With 18 years of experience in software development, project management, and support, Jon is a proven leader in customer satisfaction. Heading the Professional Services department, he leads customer-focused project managers and developers to deliver innovative solutions to LiveSwitch customers. Jon is passionate about digging deep into a customer's requirements to understand their true problems and goals in order to provide the best solution possible.

Jon joined LiveSwitch after 17 years with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police where he managed the development team for the RCMP's British Columbia division. He served as a Unit Manager, Senior Developer, Project Manager and Architect over many projects including a public-facing Online Crime Reporting system and a multi-tenant task management system. Jon holds a bachelors degree of Computer Information Systems from the University of the Fraser Valley.
